Art is a significant part of a vibrant and dynamic international city like Hong Kong. It is therefore important to incorporate artworks in the open space of Tamar for public enjoyment.

To encourage public participation and to promote local artworks, the Government is organizing the ¡§Public Art Project ¡V Tamar¡¨ through an open Call for Proposals for Outdoor Public Artworks.
